  1. Performed on Jan 24.
    I. Increased to 98kg for last 2 back squat sets (could do 98kg for all 8 sets next time).
    II. 120 lb. weighted lunges (x10) and AMRAP clapping push ups.
    III. 12mph run for 90 secs (tried for 3 min)
