100 air squats
5 muscle-ups*
75 AS
10 MU*
50 AS
15 MU*
25 AS
20 MU*
*substitution: 1 MU = 2 pull-ups + 2 parallette shoot-throughs
Results: All but 7 MU completed in 30 minutes (MU substitution)
